Week 24-25

I am 25 Weeks today and only around 105 days left!  :)  I cannot

wait to hold my precious baby!  My 24 week appointment went well.  

The only thing the Dr is worried about is that I am not feeling

her kick or move very often.  Every time we listen to her

with a doppler or see via ultrasound she is dancing away 

though.  I am sure she is moving, however, with my plcenta in the front

I think I am just not feeling her every move!  My next appointment

 is May and he wants to do an Ultrasound so we will 

see our little girl moving around : ) I also have my 1 hour Glocose 

test oh joy!  On a happier note, Kristi's wedding went well and 

was beautiful!  This whole week has been packing and packing

and tomorrow we get the keys to the new place!  I am going

to move all I can on my own tomorrow while Brian is

at work and Saturday we will move all the furniture and 

big stuff I need the boys help with!  : ) It will be difficult

for me to not help carry couches and Tv's but I know 

I can't and will have to just let the men have at it!  I CANNOT wait

to get going on the Nursery, it has been driving me crazy that 

I couldn't work on it untill now!  Finally the nesting can really begin. 

I can't wait to update after the move and start getting pictures of the

Nursery up!  Untill then here are some new belly pics to hold you over!

25 Weeks: 

   

Week 23

23 weeks and 2 days today!  I feel like there is

so much to do and such little time!!!  Kristi (my sister in law's) 

Wedding is next Saturday April 16!! : )  Then the very next 

weekend we move!  I can not wait to get into the new place

and start on the nursery!  In some new exciting news, Brian just got

a promotion and started his new salaried position last Monday!  I

myself have been feeling great.  Last weekend was Kristi's 

bachelorette party and I had a blast, I hope she did too.  My next 

Dr appointment is April 19 and I will update then.  I can not wait 

to get photo's up from the wedding and every week as my belly is 

progressively growing!!!  Only about 117 days to go OH MY!!!  : )

1-4 weeks = 1 month - DONE!
5-8 weeks = 2 months -DONE!
9-13 weeks = 3 months - DONE!

14-17 weeks = 4 months - DONE!

3rd Trimester

Week 20

21 Weeks today, only around 132 days to go!  What a week!  Week 20 brought interesting challenges. After spending almost a week with my mom in the hospital I was sent for a CT scan after a doctors visit.  Still unable to breathe Brian took me to the ER Friday March 18 at 4:30am.  With a pulse ranging from 128 to 160 and my O2 levels at 80 I was admitted to the hospital. : (  What was a very long 5 day stay of monitoring, steroids, oxygen, and so on and so forth is finally over, and I am Happy to be home!  Before I left the hospital I finally went ahead and got the Cortisone shot in my hip (for the hip bursitis) so far am I NOT too happy with that.  I can't walk and am in pain but hoping that will pass in the next few days.  On a good note, Hailey is doing wonderful!  They monitored her several times a day in the hospital so I got to hear her perfect little heart beat everyday!  Tuesday was our big 20 week appointment (the afternoon I was released from the Hospital) and I wish I had not been so tired.  Although good to see our little girl, and reconfirm yes she is a girl, the pictures were not the best : (  Baby Hailey did not want to cooperate.  She is extremely flexible and is in the most awkward positions.  She loves to have her chin touch her chest with her hands by her head and torso and legs straight up in the air (If we were to lay down with all body weight on our neck and legs straight in the air), however her knees are bent with legs spread like she is peeking through her legs into the sky!  Crazy little girl!  Since her head is so low a good picture of her face was pretty much impossible with her positioning and crazy movements.  It was so adorable to see her sucking though!  We got to see her sucking on her hand and then also just practicing for feedings in a few months!  I have finally gained 2lbs and you can finally see that our baby is growing inside of me!  Sorry this was so long I hope the next update holds better news of good health and a fun pregnancy! Week 17

Today I am 18 weeks!  Hailey's due date may

change in the near future, we will find out in 2 1/2 weeks!
She seems to be at the top of her bell curve, and maybe a week or two  

ahead.  The next appointment should be amazing!  We will get
more time with our little girl, hopefully lots of pictures, as well

as a video!  We are so excited!  I have been feeling kicks

for a few weeks now!  At first her kicks were very random,

but they are becoming more and more frequent!  I have felt our little 

girls kicks about 5 times today!  Only about 154 days until

we get to meet Hailey face to face!  Although the pounds may 

not say it I feel like my belly is belatedly growing.

I woke up Wednesday morning and finally felt my uterus 

out of my pelvis (it's not hiding anymore!)  Here is

Week 16

IT"S A GIRL!

16 Weeks and 5 days today!  We went to the OB to find out 

we are having a little girl.  She is growing and growing and is at the 

top of the bell curve!  Our little girl maybe growing but I am not.

I have actually lost 2lbs since 7 weeks but everything is not only fine,

but GREAT!  : )  I am feeling wonderful and can not wait to welcome 

this little one into the world (although I have to wait about 163 days!)

Week 14

14 weeks and 6 days today!  In the second trimester wahoo!

No more flu, I am feeling so much better YAY!   Thanks

to my mother-in-law I have a new body pillow that is

a God sent, HELLO SLEEP! Last week was cold cold cold

and since Brian didn't work half of the week we stayed in

bundled, warm and resting! : )  Still no improvement on my left hip

but it is tolerable so no complaining here.  My next appointment is 

less than 2 weeks away and I can not wait.  We should find

out for sure if there is a little boy or little girl dwelling inside of me.

Week 12

12 weeks 6 days today!  Unfortunately I am sick, and felt 

miserable yesterday but hope that with lots of rest I will be feeling better 

soon.  Yesterday I was able to meet with the doctor at my appointment, 

and I love him!  I had 3 different ultrasounds due to our little one being

very stubborn : ) it was difficult to get all the measurements but in the 

end we got them all!  (Pictures of our stubborn one are bellow)

They think the baby is a ......Girl...... she is 80% accurate at this time,

and is 100% accurate at the time of my next appointment!  

February 22 we should know for sure what our lil mil is yay!

No improvement yet on my left hip but my OB says just to alternate

ice and heat.  On a good note I can finally go in a hot tub again! : )

As long as it is outside and I don't allow myself to overheat.

According to half of the sources I am now ending my first trimester

and entering the second, however, I will be going by weeks 14-26 for 

the second trimester.  Only one more week to go in the first trimester :)

Today I was unable to breath AGAIN so I went in for a breathing 

treatment only to find out I have the Flu!!! Hooray!

: (  Lots and Lots of fluids, rest,

and oh so many meds!  Joy!  Hopefully in a week or so I will be feeling better!
